CANCELLATION POLICY

Life happens, but time is money. Communication is key. If something important comes up, please contact me by email or phone to cancel your appointment, or the booking site. If canceled 30 minutes or less before appointment, there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged to your card on file. For no calls\shows, there will be a 50% cancellation fee charged to your card on file. You have a 10 minute grace period, if you do not show up within the 10 minutes of your appointment, it will be viewed as a no call/show as well & treated as such. Thank you for your cooperation. Rescheduling: You can only reschedule once without paying a new deposit. The deposit paid was for the date originally scheduled, you can only reschedule 1x. For example, if you have an appointment, need to reschedule it, that’s okay, however if you are rescheduling for a second time on the same appointment there will be a deposit due.
